HSBC’s French Retail Banking Business now with My Money Group’s CCF.

HSBC Holdings has completed the sale of its retail banking business in France to Crédit Commercial de France (CCF), a subsidiary of My Money Group. The transaction, which was announced in June 2021, received all necessary regulatory approvals and was finalized on January 1, 2024. My Money Group, supported by Cerberus, plans to exceed €30 billion in total assets and achieve a CET1 ratio of over 15%.
